Order Shipment

Orders will normally ship within 24 hours unless otherwise noted on our website. Orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding holidays, unless otherwise noted.

While every effort is made to ensure an accurate shipping calculation is provided during checkout, Kessler Crane reserves the right to request additional payment, if the actual shipping cost is higher than is calculated. In the case an additional payment is required, Kessler Crane will make reasonable attempts to reach the customer via e-mail or telephone before the order is canceled.

Kessler Crane reserves the right to substitute a comparable shipping service, to what is selected during checkout, in order to meet requested delivery times. All orders will ship using the Kessler Crane shipping account; we do not allow 3rd party shipping.
