We are currently working through backlog of orders and restocking inventory on popular items. Please plan on a 10 - 14 day delay in shipping on most orders. We are working as fast as possible to reduce the delays. If we are able to ship an order sooner, we will.

We will be closed on Monday 5/31/2010 for the Memorial Day holiday. Orders received Thursday and Friday (5/27 & 5/28) may not ship until we return.

We hope to be able to begin shipping out the K-Pod & Hercules 2.0 backorders by the end of next week.

We are beginning to ship the preorders for the elektraDRIVE motor pods, Revolution Head, & ORACLE Controller. While we are beginning to ship, it will be a slow process as we work through these first orders. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information, if you requested UPS shipping.

We are also beginning to accept preorders for the new elektraDRIVE Basic Controller for use with the Pocket Dolly or CineSlider. This controller is for those who do not need the advanced functions of the ORACLE Controller and just want basic motorized control of the Pocket Dolly or CineSlider.

Just a quick update on the current status of things. We now have most of our inventory restocked (exception being the CineSlider, which is expected to begin shipping week of April 19th) and are working to fill the backorders. We now have the Pocket Dolly TRAVELER Case in stock.

If you were on the website this weekend, or tried to email us, you may have noticed issues with the website or "bounce backs" when sending us email. We went through a server migration this weekend that did not go as smooth as expected, so we experienced a brief outage. The migration was completed on Sunday and everything was back to normal by noon ET. If you tried sending us emails that were undeliverable, please send us another.

In concert with our server migration, the vendor we use for our shopping cart system has been encountering technical issues of their own. The vendor seems to have the issues under control at this point. However, if you encounter a page timeout when trying to view your shopping cart page, that is why. This is the first issue of this kind we have had with our vendor, so we are confident the issue will be under control.

We will be closed the week of April 12th while we visit the NAB show. We will not have a booth at NAB, but we will be out there for meetings and will hopefully be able to meet up with several of you. We are going to try to make sure we have all orders that are received by Wednesday (4/7/10) shipped out this week, if there are no backordered items on the order. Orders received after that will ship once we reopen, the week of April 19th.

We are now beginning to accept PREORDERS for our new Revolution P/T Head, ORACLE Controller, & elektraDRIVE Motor Pod components. Right now, we anticipate to begin shipping by mid April, soon after the NAB show. You can find these items in the left hand side, under the Store Menu.

We are still backordered on the Hercules 2.0 head, K-Pod tripod, CineSlider, & Pocket Dolly. We are working hard to get the items back in stock, so we are able to begin shipping the backorders by April 5th.

We have turned ordering back on for the CineSlider and Pocket Dolly. Please understand that you can place your orders now, but we will not begin shipping them until the items are back in stock.
